  • Package of 5 classes : 95$ + taxes (19$ per class)
  • Package of 10 classes : 170$ + taxes (17$ per class)

All of our yoga classes are also available privately, either in-clinic or from the comfort of your home! Call now for more details!

If there are no participants signed up for a yoga class, 4 hours before the start of the class, the class will be cancelled

Active Vinyasa

Vinyasa is a kind of contemporary yoga that offers creative flows, at a faster pace and emphasizes on coordinating your breathing with the movements. Poses are done several times throughout the session, but are held for a shorter amount of time than in a Hatha practice. Ideal for people who likes challenges since we explore different intermediate poses in every class. Variations are offered to adapt to your needs.

Chair Yoga

If you are a beginner or just wanting to focus on a gentle practice, chair yoga is for you! In chair yoga, varius poses are performs either seated, or with help from a chair. It is a great choice for individuals who find regular yoga practice too challenging.

Prenatal Yoga

Physical activity is an important part of a healthy pregnancy. Our prenatal yoga classes are specifically tailored to our mommies-to-be, so they can stay in shape and feel good and confident in their bodies.

Postpartum Yoga

Taking care of your body and mind after the arrival of your baby will allow you to recover quicker and take the best care of your baby. Create new bonds with parents going through the same life transitions as you!

Hatha Flow

Inspired by the more traditional style of Hatha yoga where the yogi stays in position for several seconds, Hatha flow is a more energetic version with creative sequences based on sun salutations and static postures.
