Steffy is originally from France. It is here in Montreal, in 2018, that she received her first massage therapy session which turned out to be a revelation, as much in terms of well-being for her as in inspiring her professional transformation.
The desire to bring well-beingto allow a return to oneself by listening to both body and mind, and to give something essential, led her to take her first course in Swedish massage in 2020.
She began her practice in the fall of 2020 in a spa and then trained in sports massage in order to meet more therapeutic and specific needs..
At the same time, she expanded treatment techniques by becoming foot reflexologist in 2021.
