Michael obtained his Occupational Therapy (OT) degree in 2000, at McGill University, where he equally received a bachelor's degree in Physiology, having graduated previously in 1996.
With 20 years of OT experience under his belt, in private practice, Michael specializes in work hardening programs aimed at getting patients back to work gradually & successfully, with as little pain as possible, after a physical injury Michael's strong suit is not only his capacity to listen attentively, but his ability to show empathy and respect, as well. Always motivating his clients, Michael stands apart with his natural kindness and enormous sense of humour, all of which afford a pleasant & stimulating therapeutic environment aimed at helping patients see the light and regain their full autonomy, as it pertains not only to work, but to their activities of daily living, as well as their hobbies.
In terms of hobbies, Michael follows all major sports leagues on a daily basis (baseball, football, hockey, basketball, soccer). In his youth, he played baseball from the age of 5 to 20, having excelled as an all-star pitcher for Ville St-Laurent, and later, for the Town of
Mount Royal. Today, Michael stays active by jogging and playing in a local softball league. He is also a passionate music fan and collector, having built a massive musical library since 1985. He also loves to travel, and is quite the movie buff.
