Isabelle was introduced to the world of physiotherapy through the sport of judo, where she was on the national team for a decade. Her interest in the profession lead her to complete a Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy at McGill University in 2004. She also completed a Masters of Science in Rehabilitation at McGill University in 2008.

Since her graduation in 2004, she has participated in numerous continuing education courses in the orthopedic and sports fields such as manual therapy (level 3), Mulligan techniques, sports first responder, taping, FMS, specialized running courses. on foot and several others. She continued her Diploma in Sport Physiotherapy from the Canadian Physiotherapy Association in 2014 in order to further Award specialize herself in this field. in 2014. Finally, she obtained her certification in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) in 2016. She began her MDT training as soon as she graduated. However, her interest in this method solidified while she was working as the head therapist for the national judo teamAthletes are always looking for solutions to be able to return to play as quickly as possible and Isabelle was able to achieve good results with elite athletes using this method..
In addition to her work as the head therapist for the national judo team over many years, she has worked for numerous years in private practice with an orthopedic and sport clientele. She has treated athletes from all ages, all levels and from a variety of different sports in addition to an adult orthopedic clientele. She has also covered multiple sport events as a physiotherapist including multiple World Championship and major Games with the national judo team,including the 2012 London Olympic Games. Finally, Isabelle is a faculty member of the School of Physical and Occupational Therapy at McGill University. She has been teaching physical therapy students in the orthopedic and sport curriculum since 2008. She has also participated in research projects in these fields of physiotherapy.

Her therapeutic approach focuses on exercises, quality of movement and education in order to provide tools to her patients so that they can take control of their problems. She incorporates manual techniques and tapings when appropriate. She also has an interest in injury prevention and can provide tools to help minimise the risk of injury.
